Welcome to Modern Farmhouse in the City, a custom built masterpiece located in the heart of the UBC Endowment Lands. This stunning home was designed with every detail in mind, creating atmosphere that will make you feel like you’re on a permanent staycation. Every aspect has been carefully crafted, from the custom stonework and modern concrete patios to the steel edging and gravel paths.

It also included a custom pergola surrounding the hot tub to allow for use year round. Large specimen hedging and evergreen trees surround the vast outdoor living space and expansive lawn. The use of large windows create many viewing areas from inside of the gardens and mature feature trees which are highlighted in the evening with landscape lighting.
